Description:
First, this will be crated well for the buyer, similar to crated picture shown of one we recently sold. For sale we have a new RHEEM ELD80-TB, 12KW, 98% ultra high efficiency commercial water heater with terminal block. This unit is field convertible and is currently set up 208-240V at 12KW, but can run 480V or 277V at 12KW as well, single or three phase. Just let me know the voltage and phase you require and I will set it up for your application before shipping. This includes my changing the heating elements to the selected voltage, and the wiring to the selected phase. This is BRAND NEW and has NEVER had water in it. Fully functional, but there are some small scratches and dings on the outer casing in one small area (see pictures), but NO DENTS on the tank. There are several inches of insulation between the cover and tank. Any pictures shown after the description are of additional items if quantity shows more than one available.
